Currently living in 3-136 Osgoode. Roof has been heavily leaking since June. I have been displace for almost 3 months and have had to relocate to 3 properties. There are many belongings I've had to abandon at Osgoode (ie clothes, furniture, office supplies, decor) since the incedent. Construction is very slow and relocations are sudden, which disregard my personal schedule. I have been frequently asking for updates on the re-construction project but they are vague with details and do not give any estimates for when I will return to my original property. I will most likely not return to Smart living after my contract ends and I highly recommend against signing with Smart living.

The laundry is somewhat uncomfortable!
