Townhomes - Accora Village

I really enjoy living in this neighborhood. It is very comfortable overall; however, finding quick solutions after maintenance issues are reported can sometimes be frustrating.

I been living here for 15 yrs and I like the community, next to the major mall, public transportation, schools,cinema,groceries and restaurants

The site I reside in is a comfortable, peaceful, and secure place. It offers a beautiful environment that I truly enjoy. I would appreciate it if more activities were organized to enhance the community experience even further.

I like living here as it is peaceful and accessible. Still, the above guidelines rent increases every year are getting out of reach, with no proper explanations on why the rent is being increased above guidelines. There are no new updates, the patio stones are unleveled, I have requested a replacement, and no repair has been made. And on top of that, the rent increase seems to be renovictions.

Me and my family lives here for 14 years and I am satisfied with the services I received.

we've been living in this neighborhood for about 14 yrs and still do. The staff and the neighborhood are great, a lot of memories we had, mall is across the street where you can access to everything, school are nearby, my daughter went to one and its very safe and easier for parents and child to go around, it is will maintained. Overall we live greatly here.
