The maintenance and property manager are very slow to act on requests if they act at all, many requests would be made about issues such as utilities or other general requests which would take months to be resolved for issues which could be handled in a week at most, and promises would be made but would not be kept, or promises would be made by our property manager before even getting approval from her superiors leading to a lack of trust, overall not the best

I have lived here short of a year and have enjoyed it regarding the property itself, the property manager and maintenance team on the other hand have been a bit of an issue. We have had numerous maintenance issues which go ignored by the manager or when they are answered they go months without a solution, some issues we are still waiting for a response. The manager has also offered to grant us a grocery card as an apology, but then ghosted us as we tried to contact them regarding said gift card after weeks of no further contact.
