Location and area is nice but its an older building, lack of water pressure in upper floors is a bit of an issue. Some things could use an upgrade but decent enough and affordable.

It's a bit too expensive for a 1bed even tho the location is perfect ?? Parking outdoor is expensive too it's same price for an indoor parking in other areas. Living here is pretty good, the staff is competent, the manager is awsome. But the rent is being too expensive for what it is
