Quality keeps falling
Building used to be nice and clean. In the recent years, it seems the average quality of new tenants has fallen abruptly, thus making the building less clean, less quiet, less safe. Tenants need to be vetted properly. Not only credit makes a good tenant, but also how they behave. Building manager is slow to to respond. It seems they milk this building in order to fund their other lines of businesses.

Like that it's close to shops and buses.
This location is one short bus ride, #25 bus, to the Blair lrt station. I like that I can walk to Farm Boy, Independent Grocers, Harvey's, Shopper's Drug Mart, Rexall, McDonald's, pet supply store, dollarama etc.
