Dryer stopped working, 2 weeks to resolve

Great location and staff, just the parking outdoors is difficult at times and the face ID scanner at the entrance needs fixing

Elevator always broke, the Fire Escape doors are made by a first year carpentry student and are CONSTANTLY broke but management doesn’t care. Interior finishes are cheap, but the location is fantastic. Also, indoor parking is incredibly overpriced.

Good experience overall but frequently smell weed coming through the vents from other units into mine

I've been living in this building for five months now, and overall, I've had a positive experience. The neighborhood is lovely, and the building's quality is excellent. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. One major downside is that the amenity room is not reservable. This makes it challenging to use for parties or gatherings, which is disappointing. Additionally, the room lacks some necessary appliances, such as a microwave, which would be useful for residents. Another issue is the persistent smell of marijuana in the corridors. While I understand that some residents may choose to smoke, it can be unpleasant for others. It would be helpful if the building management could address this issue. Furthermore, the elevators in the parking area are challenging to use. It would be beneficial to upgrade them to include more modern features, such as face detection or card readers, instead of relying solely on the app.
