Coral - Accora Village

- For the monthly rent that is being paid, the basic amenities are not maintained (e.g. Laundry room - there is always the case where either the washing machine or dryer is either broken, the washing options do not work etc. even after the premium amount that is being charged for washing and drying cycles). - For the inhouse parking amount that is being paid, the garage floor is worn out, there has been a pothole at the entrance of the parking garage (41 woodridge - Coral) since last 3 months, which has not been fixed. - The balcony work has been pending for almost 8 to 9 months now with no visibility on when it would be completed and hence we are not able to use the balcony area to its potential. In nutshell, the resident that pay premium rent & amount for the respective units & services offered, there should be a value that a resident should be able to experience, which is not happening at-least for Coral residents. Accora Village is very conveniently located with it's proximity to Bayshore Station. It's located at a 20 min car travel from Downtown Ottawa, Baarhaven and Kanata which makes it a perfect place to stay. The city transit connecting this place is really good with good frequency of buses. The proximity to Bayshore Mall which is the circumcenter of Accora Village makes it even more convenient as people who don't have car has an easy access to groceries and lifestyle stores at the doorstep. With 24X7 security patrolling, Recreational Center (swimming pools/gym), beautiful clean campus, school for kids and big playgrounds make it a small township by itself.
