Hello, I have been here since last Aug 2025 one of the first to move in, all is great, very well maintained, property is beautifully landscaped . great snow removal this winter, garbage/recycling room very well kept, large storage lockers, little to no noise from others, I highly recommend this building and the company to rent from.

Pros :Apartments are a nice size, nice to have in suite laundry, central air is wonderful and not having to pay for garbage pick up is nice! The building is super secure with cameras! Superintendent quick to repond to concerns . Cons: garbage is on lower level but building has elevator, units run out of hot water quickly so you have to wait for it to replenish. Units are pricey !

I have lived in the bldg over 2 months and am very satisfied with my unit, the cleanliness & set-up of the bldg, and the work of Supt Steve. My main complaint is about noise from the unit (303) above me. Steve has been attentive to my complaints in this respect and has taken the info to the management. I think there may have been a lessening in the amount of noise over the last few days, but will need more time to assess this for sure. Also there are a couple of small paint jobs to be addressed - at the top of the door to the HVAC and the left side of the bottom trim on the island. These have already been reported to Steve & Olivia.

Awesome apartments! Barely hear tenants beside you ! Everything in apartment is up to code ! Superintendent is nice but does not clean the floors or vacumns them !!!

We haven't moved in but in all the times we have been to view the apartment is seemed to be a good place. As seniors the elevator is very important to us. The same with the in suite laundry.
