Good living and nice amenities in the building

I've been in the Kay since it opened. Initially things ran smoothly and the property managers we extremely effective on maintaining the building and enforcing rules. Now, the building is filthy, there is no preventative maintenaince, and the resident manager is unresponsive. The building is non smoking but it isn't enforced and the place smells like smoke. I should not have to run air purifiers, but I do. The litter on the property is out of control, as is the garbage room/ dumpster situation. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing, and you have to drive over trash to the parking garage. The dumpsters were previously hidden and this problem didnt exsist--but they moved the garbage room to outside. The cleaner does not seem to work the same hours as before, and it shows. We need a militant attitude towards building upkeep---this place is only a few years old but is looking rough. We need constant deep cleans to the common areas, and especially the outdoors. The management is not proactive enough, and does not take initiative or pride in our home. Please make changes to fix this. If you could see the pictures you would be shocked. Clean it up
