Poor management amd very unresponsive to tenant and maintenance requests. Elevators left unrepaired for months and security if the building often compromised by malfunctioning doors/garage.

Management does not respond to security concerns often leaving garage and side doors open for weeks at a time. Upon notification of trespassing, drug activity and altercations leading to police visits, steps ate not taken by management to hire security and resolve the issue.

I can’t explain how I feel about our building. It’s so disappointed to pay this much a friend and not having any amenities or any good property management.

29 years and it has not really changed for the better.

Lived here for 28 years comfortably. Not impressed with new management.

The response time to issues in the property is very poor and detrimental to the safety of the occupants. The door to the main entrance as I type does not close properly and the exit at the back is hard to open. There is no control on the occupants upstairs as they are comfortable throwing trash on the balcony of those of us on the ground floor and on the lawn. I will send a comprehensive mail with hope that you will looking into the issues
