Living here is bad for your health
Lived here for years and have been forced to breath in toxic cigarette smoke. Cant open my doors or windows because people chain smoke all day on balcony. I complained and realstar basically said we dont care, deal with it. It says on website they are going to make it a smoke free building. Thats why i moved in. Its been 7 years and its only getting worse. The whole Building smells like an ashtray. Even in stairwells and main lobby. If they cared about their tennants they would ban smoking anywhere in or near the building.
