This is a great place to live, staff friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Killam apartments.

Avoid renting here. Maintenence is never done, yearly rent increase beyond what is allowed.

I have lived here since since 2021. It took approx. two years for a sliding kitchen drawer to be repaired. The hardware was finally changed (drawer sat on floor for weeks) - but it still not not slide properly. Tub had chips in it when I moved in. Still waiting for repair. Waiting for years for laminate floor boards to be replaced which have lifted on sides. They cut my feet on occasion. To be fair, the bathroom ceiling has been painted within this time (there is no fan to take moisture outside). I have re-submitted my requests over and over again to no avail. Many of the tenants I speak to in this complex are very unhappy. See the ACORN website to read about the issues.
