It's a pretty quiet building (at least as of Jan, 2026). Lots of older residents, families, and respectful students. Underground parking is great. Units are beautiful and well maintained. Building superintendent is highly attentive and quick to respond to issues. Common areas are kept very clean as well.

Found building mgr not good at costumer service including leasing mgr. None responsive.

Base rent is extortionately high. Only amenities includes are gym, lounge/party room, and pet grooming area. Additional costs apply to parking spaces ($200 p/month) and storage lockers ($50 p/month). The storage lockers are very small and getting a bike to fit in these is very very difficult. The air-conditioning has not worked in my unit since I moved in almost 12 months ago. Despite not using my air-conditioning and spending little time in the apartment, my energy bills are the highest they have ever been anywhere. Cost is the most important consideration before moving in here.
