My experience has not been good. Complaints were provided to me without proper investigation. After speaking with building engineers it turned out the complaints were not possible. When a tenant complains proof of the complaint should be provided. The complaint was water dripping onto the balcony. What if a child spills a cup of juice and it drips, after 3 cups spill will I be evicted? Silly process. Tenants should be able to have plants or have a drink on balcony and room for small normal circumstances should be allowed. Exessive complaints have ruined my reasonable enjoyment and I am now anxious to make noise or use my balcony!! Old oak should understand accidents happen vs actual dumping of liquid onto anothers balcony on purpose (mop buckets or hanging things to dry that are soaking wet). Can we not air dry laundry? What if it drips. Policy on complaints must be reviewed!
Horrible Air System and Washer Dryer
Clean/well kept. The appliances are cheap. The combo washer/dryer unit will shrink and stain your clothes- and you can only put like 12 items in at a time. Each load takes 4-5 hours to wash and dry. The air system is the worst, it will only ever cool to about 24 degrees in july/august, and if you put the washer on it'll take 2 hours to cool back down to that. They dont have the AC running for may or even half of june. In october the AC has shut off and our unit is 26-27 degrees daily- even if its 16-18 outside, so we had to buy a window AC unit to actually sleep. This has been the first year in my whole life I have looked forward to winter.

Beautiful apartment. Fairly affordable compared to other locations for what you get! Nice people living within the building as well.

I moved in February 2023. The building manager and staff are very helpful. The location is fantastic. I love the multiuse trails nearby.
