LLevo dos meses viviendo aqui, y es un edificio muy tranquilo. Las pocas veces que he necesitado asesoria o algun requerimiento por parte del personal de mantenimiento, me han atendido oportuna y amablemente. Estoy muy feliz de vivir aqui

Hi there, my experience living -0 the worst , I have submitted many noises complaints becauses of yhe noises from my neighborgs located in the unit 309, as soon as I can I will move to another building but with different landlord , I do not recommend to anybody to live here.

I've lived here for 14 years. Love the upgrades although the renovations were difficult to live through and a rent decrease or some kind of compensation would have been nice especially for those who work from home.

Since living here since 2018, i have seen alot of changes in staff and the overall appearance of this building and enhancement’s to provide tentants with up-to-date amenities, which is greatly appreciated on my behalf. but if possible I would greatly appreciate if the management would consider that people who are coming up on retirement age, or have also retired that they cannot afford the rent increases that come with the improvements. All I ask if you take this into consideration when applying for rent increase to cover the cost of your expenditures.. Thank you for your time.
