The service in general is okay, and my maintenance requests are mostly resolved within a reasonable period of time. I like the area and how the place looks. I had a good experience with Augustina Vulicevic, who is the only staff member who has shown genuine interest in caring for and helping us as residents. Unfortunately, this is not something I can say about other people I have had previous experiences with. She helped me resolve my issue, and I truly appreciate her support. I wish there were more people like her. I would also like to share a concern. When maintenance staff or workers enter the units, they should leave the place as clean as they found it. For example, today they installed the new fire alarm, and I had to vacuum up the mess that was left when I came home after a long, exhausting day at work. They also left my unit OPEN. I came home around 7:30 pm, so my unit was open all day, which is not safe. I find this very concerning, and it also gives the impression that residents’ safety and personal property are not being treated with the care they deserve, especially when valuable belongings are inside the unit. Another concern I have is that the underground parking doors that access each of the buildings are open 24/7. I believe this could be dangerous because it is very easy to access the underground parking and, from there, the buildings. I am not sure of the reason, but I believe it may be because of the people working during the day. However, the doors should at least be locked at night and during weekends for the safety and security of the residents. As I have mentioned in previous reviews, I also believe the office should offer after-hours availability at least once a week for residents who work during regular business hours. The current office hours are the same time that most people are working, so if residents need assistance, have concerns, or want to ask questions, it is very difficult for us to speak with someone in person. LLevo dos meses viviendo aqui, y es un edificio muy tranquilo. Las pocas veces que he necesitado asesoria o algun requerimiento por parte del personal de mantenimiento, me han atendido oportuna y amablemente. Estoy muy feliz de vivir aqui

Hi there, my experience living -0 the worst , I have submitted many noises complaints becauses of yhe noises from my neighborgs located in the unit 309, as soon as I can I will move to another building but with different landlord , I do not recommend to anybody to live here.

I've lived here for 14 years. Love the upgrades although the renovations were difficult to live through and a rent decrease or some kind of compensation would have been nice especially for those who work from home.
