Feedback

Overlall, our stay has been comfortable. Clean sorroundings, fast maintenance action, and information are well communicated. I noticed though that in our hallway, there is a strong smell of weed/smoke quite often.

Snowstorm experience

I have had no issues thus far, and have been happy with my experience living here -however, today my mother came to visit and she is very elderly. She told me that a staff member demanded she move her car when it was physically impossible, as it was stuck in the snow, only to be told her car would be towed if she did not comply. She dug her car out, and a parking spot, all while he watched and rushed her to finish without helping. He then told her after it took her half an hour to dig out the parking spot with a tiny plastic spade that she wasnt allowed to park there, as it was the spot next to the dumpster. Rather than telling her before she started, he had waited until she finished digging it out, all the while threatening her with being towed. I do not have a name for this staff member unfortunately, but this is unacceptable behavior.
