The apartment is comfortable, modern and in great condition. Maintenance can sometimes take a while to respond to request tickets, but they always do answer. Also location is perfect if you work/study from home with both the Ira Needles Boulevard and the Boardwalk relly close to the property.

It’s a good place to live, but it would be perfect if the heating and cooling system worked well. Every time the season changes, we have to wait for it to work properly.
