I have lived here since 2019. There have been many problems with the hot water. It took over 4 months to resolve it which is way too long to go without hot water but it is finally fixed. Thank God the parking garage and lot are finally done as well. Now we just need to get the door fob fixed on the lower level. There has been a sign on the door to use another entrance for close to two weeks which, again, is way too long to wait to have something fixed. The staff is mostly nice. Jacqueline is very helpful. Jason and Jenia (not sure how it is spelled) are very nice also. Overall I enjoy living here.
