Lived here for 1 year. Really enjoy the other senior residents as well as the responsible younger ones. Would like to see the gardens maintained better. Parking is awkward and "no parking areas" are not monitored. Staff is friendly and approachable. Amount of noise has increased recently.

I have known residents that havevlived in this building for 20 yrs or more. The upkeep has definately taken a turn downward and the lack of ammenities do not give great value for your money. That being said the residents are great and the units a good size.

Very cold in the winter. The price for the unit is expensive which doesn't include water & electric.
