Well, I never thought moving to a 1 bedroom apartment from a 3 bedroom house would be easy, but the move went well, very well. Getting used to the 1 bedroom is taking some time but the building is very clean, staff are friendly, the amenities are a plus for sure in helping to find things to do in the building. It helps as well moving into a smaller place with friendly people to see everyday through the lobby. I have tried convincing my daughter to move in as well...LOL. Thanks Berlin Communities for giving me and my wife this opportunity.

Problems: 1. Access to amenities are paid unlike other buildings 2. Overcharged me on rent with deceptive practices 3. Don't address maintenance request 4. Rude staff 5. Request meetings as told with no response. 6. Disorganized - took 2 months to organize my parking

Very dishonest leasing staff. They wont tell you have to pay $250 a month top of your rent to use those beautiful ameneties. Dont pay you better not work during day as your out of luck because access is 9 - 5 and 10- 2 on weekends. No BBQ dinners or lounge with friends on the weekends after 2pm or evenings.

The best thing about this place is the view. The rest is headache. Amenities are paywalled behind an additonal upsell of 200/month as of June 1st 2026 If you don't pay, you can only use them during heavily restricted hours. They don't mention this before you signed the lease.

Having to pay to extra to use basic amenities like the gym, co working, lounge is insane

Love it here . Great amenities. Walking distance to plaza is great . Fantastic staff . Price is excellent.
