Green Valley Tower

I have lived here for about two years. The location is convenient, with easy access to major roads and shopping malls. However, the building is old and the apartment itself is not particularly remarkable. Both the units and the lobby/passage are in urgent need of upgrades to better reflect the rent cost and make the place feel more homely and appealing. The rent is relatively high compared to other properties that offer better amenities and overall quality. Given the cost, parking should ideally be included free of charge!

Good enough for what we need. Current landlord never understand a word you are saying so better to call the landlord from the other building if you actually want anything done. Parking is brutal. Tiny spots and multiple people who don’t know how to park and have had our vehicles hit by others. Very hot if you dont have an AC unit. Windows don’t have very good seal so expect your bill to triple with AC running. Even with that better than 90% of rentals out there but nothing fancy.
