Very Happy
My wife and I moved into Williams Court 9 1/2 years ago. To this day we are still very happy with our decision to move here. Unless serious medical issues dictate we have no desire to move. Our building manage Barry is the best. Professional, polite, desire to take care of our needs always there when we need his services. I must say we have had during our years here very little go astray. The building we live in is well maintained and well looked after. We are also very happy with our parking area. It is clean, well lit and maintained. The lady that cleans our hallways, entrances, elevators and garage garbage areas needs to be commented for her hard work at keeping these areas clean and tidy. The only area of concern is the outside court yard area. The grass is well maintained but the flower beds are something else. A number of people have taken it upon themselves to weed, plant and maintain the area in front of the patio space which is nice to see. Other areas are overgrown with weeds and the fabric covering the flower beds has become exposed,, torn by the so called gardeners and just looks ugly. The yard crew can cut grass and wiper-snip some of the weeds growing up in and around shrubs but never pull weeds out. As a result they just keep growing back. Grass cutters they are, g Garden/shrub maintenance they are not. We have recommended to many people that we cross paths with that when they are ready to give up their homes they should consider Killam Property's . As I mentioned earlier we are very pleased with our unit, our building and proud to say we live in Williams Court by Killam.

I Have lived here for almost 8 years and have never been disappointed. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. My needs are always taken care of immediately.

My wife and I have lived here going on 7 years. Our unit gives us lots of storage and much comfort. The unit is very quiet and one never hears noises from other units. The parking area is well kept and convenient to storage lockers and elevators Our building managers are very pleasant, professional and work very hard to maintain their respective buildings and meet our repair needs very quickly and professionally. The office staff are always courteous and make every effort to keep us informed of changes and activities that make our stay a wonderful experience. Our gym and pool is very well maintained, we have reading and library areas as well as games room and workshop. My wife and I have never regretted selling our home and moving here. We are close to medical, dental and lots of shopping and restaurant's.(all within walking distance). We have no hesitation letting our friends know that when their time comes they should consider this over purchasing a condo. .
Flooring
The wooden floors are not the best quality. The carpets are of poor quality.
