Intercom has been broken since february 2025 preventing emergency services from accessing the building. Windows not installed correctly allowing for drafts and noise from road to disturb reasonable living. Continue to raise rent above the legal guideline 5.5 percent for 2 years in a row.

Rent is steep for a place that the managment doesnt care about. We are left with no water and are not connect to emergencie servives.
