There's all these amenities that they lock to even key fob holders, so you can't use half of what you see. You have to put down a $250 deposit to use almost any of them, and the doorman has too many jobs to do all the time so most of the time I've gone, they're not at the front. This means it's very hard to book any amenities. You can't throw out your garbage independently when it's too big so you just leave it in front of a door, which takes longer. It's also beside one of the busiest streets in Hamilton (along with not the safest area downtown) and a fire station, and it's some of the worst sound proofing I've had in a building in a long time. All in all I'm quite disappointed compared to how it was advertised because it's totally nonfunctional with most of these things. The parking is good at least.

While living in this building overall is nice, there are many glaring issues that come with it that cant be ignored too easily. Most of where the floor meets the walls in the 3rd floor gym near the workspace is torn out with exposed steel and insulation. Water filters aren't replaced often either. A lot of information that is needed such as wifi is no where to be found even after asking security. Intercom doesn't work even asking for it to be fixed
