Constantly homeless people sleeping in common areas. Residents leaving old furniture in lobby and lawn consistently covered in garbage. Units are renovated but management is very slow to respond to maintenance requests. My paid-for and assigned parking spot is often taken by contractors who are working in the building renovating units. Close proximity to go station and St. Joes.

I’m disappointed with this rental, too many issues for only living here 6 months

They dont respond to emergency mails. Maintenance is very poor.

This used to be a fantastic place to live before it was purchased by Drake Property Management. This is no longer the case.
