Not great. Noisy. Staff dont care. Place is run down.

Rent keeps going up the max percentage they can raise it every year and is getting far too over priced for what this place even is. There are zero ammenities, including no buzzer for the enterance which causes an issue when trying to have packages delivered. They are often returned to sender. The doors were supposed to be changed out over 2 years ago and still havent happened. There are centipedes all the time. Noise from the too tennants which they dont do anything about - blasting music until 3am

The appointment is a very good size and nicely renovated. Some staff members are very helpful. Most troubling is the no buzzer system, there have been times when I am not well (covid) and couldn’t let anyone in to bring me necessities, it’s ridiculous, Common areas could be cleaner.

Nothing special. Quite run down, rent is way too high for what you get and they raise it the most they possibly can each year.

There needs to be a buzzer system! Cleaning in Common Areas!

I love the apartment I live at. If there is an issue, the drake property agents are very nice and work in a timely manner. The residents do not bother eachother. All the appliances work and are in good condition
