It Used to be better

When we moved in, back in 2012, it was run by different people. Since Northedge took over, some things, like AC and elevators improved and are new, but rent has increased SO MUCH. And lets not mention the parking lot fiasco that everyone was notified of in February, where we were scrambling to find new parking for our cars in 1 month.

Underground parking is a lie

The owners are building a condo next door and are getting rid of half the garage. Hundreds of tenants, even people who moved in a few months ago, lost their parking spots. The building is close to the subway, but its also next to the super loud train tracks, and there is lots of construction in the area. The street is going to be a construction site for the next few years.

Expensive living

With the new condo going up soon we lost most of our parking. This is a very expensive living building with no inexpensive grocery in walking distance and only real good thing is beside transit. Also the AC is underpowered during the summer resulting is barely cool air coming out.

Please, read

There is always some sort of maintenance going on in building such as hot water shut down, water shut down. Recently, there has been parking eviction notices being sent to tenants.
