I would not recommend living in this building. The management support is very poor. If you approach the manager for assistance, you are often made to feel embarrassed or humiliated before receiving any guidance. The water bill is charged based on square footage rather than actual usage, which makes little sense and feels unfair to residents. The laundry room is not well maintained, lacks proper hygiene, and often has a strong unpleasant smell. Working from home is extremely challenging because there are frequent utility interruptions. Almost every month, residents receive notices of water or electricity shutdowns,sometimes two or even three times a month. Another major inconvenience is the complete lack of visitor parking, making it difficult for friends and family to visit. Overall, the poor management, unhygienic facilities, frequent service disruptions, and lack of visitor parking make this a very disappointing place to live. I would not recommend this building to others.

The staff working in the office in our building are ruse and often lie about maintenance being done.

I've been living here for almost 1 and half year, we recently got a parking which I'm happy about. Maintenance requests gets resolved in a timely fashion, If the rent gets little cheaper, then it would be perfect.

The location is very convenient, and the staff has been excellent. Maintenance and amenities are generally acceptable, though there is room for improvement. Parking places should be provided to new tenants, and noise is a frequent issue, Windows shatter all the time during high winds, which affects overall comfort. Overall, this community offers good value for its location, but noise and parking are important factors to consider.
