A PERFECT PLACE TO LIVE

I would like to thank Keith and Serena for being so welcoming! They are professional as well as caring for the residents they take a moment to greet everyone and always have the time to help out and answer questions. We moved here a week ago, alread it feels like home. The place is kept emmaculate!! Their door is always open. They made our moving seemless. Thank you and keep up the great work you do !!!!

I have been living here for the past 10 years. It is a nice quiet apartment building and has been safe for the time I here. Amenities are reasonably good and the cleaning services are excellent. Maintenance of the apartment appliances and fixtures need more staff to handle the workload since the building is over 15 years

Excellent.

We have lived at 15 Lena Crescent since the building opened up. We have no complaints. The staff are great, patient, considerate. I have always said that QuadReal as property management has been great compared to the last 3 property managers that were managing before. Ruel and now Steven since joining have been a great maintenance crew. We are always grateful. Danijela has been a great community manager too. You will always have people complaining about things but overall this building has been maintained pretty good. My husband and I are very happy.

High Rent

A year and a half later I am updating my review of 245 Lena Cr. When we first moved in I gave a great review just because of my ignorance in relation to renting. Have been a home owner for so many years and came across this apartment complex after selling our home and needing a place to rent until our new home was built. I found out after living there for 9 months that they were charging me $500 more per month than a neighbour in the unit next to me who moved in the same month I did. She had a slightly larger unit as well. Approached management and asked why I was paying more per month ($2,900) Aug 2021 to Jan 2023 and they brushed me off. I am giving 2 stars for the nice people who live there. It’s not a luxury apartment building, needs updating and management very dishonest
