In the 20 years that i have lived here this place has not improved quite the opposite! Maintenance is definitely the worse i have been waiting on a work order for months clearing of thos place has once again gone to.

Need lighting on every walkway especially on the parking lot..thanks

Good but need to clean the building especially the stairs and laundry room

Its been close to a year with no storage room in the basement. We were told to clear it out last septemeber so it could be renovated and nothing has been done.

They will not replace my floors even though quite a bit of the boards have been pulled out by simply vacuuming. They started to come in and glue them back in individually, but they came back out the next day. The ones that stayed down, stick up making the floor look really ugly. The cupboards are uneven and don't close properly. My closet door is literally off its track, there is a hole in the bathroom door, my buzzer doesn't work, so a lot pf packages can't get delivered. I pay $2,700 a month, but when I talk to other tenants. They said they only pay around $2,200. There are 4 floors and no elevator. The laundry is on the bottom floor, but you need a credit card to put money on the card, so I can't use it. We had storage, but apparently the laundry room/storage room is being renovated to make room for another unit.

The pests have been an issue for years and there are thjbgs that need to be updated. The storage area was promised to be updated in october but the turn around in residence managers have put a hold on that so weve had storage items piled in the corner of the apartment for months. The building used to be kept very clean but not really anymore.
