The staff are great & helpful for the 2 years that I have lived here, Residents are friendly. Close to al amenities. Great place to live.

I hate it, we rented the aopartment unseen as we were in a time crunch. I was in hospital recovering from emergency bypass surgery when we took possion of apartment. Only one drawer in kitchen. only one usable outlet in kitchen very small stove sold most oif my cook ware as they were to big for the stove.we are not allowed to use the lockers in the building for storage. I had a light burn out on a saturday and was told to wait till monday for it to be replaced.The dishwasher the rinse aid compartment has never worker. A good amount of the "pegs" that separate the dishes are missing,and you have to wash the dishes befor you put them in the dishwasher because if you dont no mater what dishwsher detergent you use they do not come clean. The woindows are very difficult to close

I'm sad to leave, but was only here for school. Excellent staff, friendly neighbors and clean quiet building. Definitely recommend. Close to downtown and even closer to the college.

no cupboard space in kitchen. my pts do not even fit on the stove or in the oven. overall very Closterphobic.
