Red River R Rentals

I have lived here a little over 1 year. The covered parking is a plus and the value is acceptable. The staff / owners are the best! The trains going by every half hour a block away and a new neighbor with a dog that never stops barking during the day when I am sleeping (I work nights) are the only negatives. When the rent is inevitably raised, we will move.

Really nice place. Only bad thing is the neighbor dogs bark all day.

Really great place and staff really helpful will answer any questions you have help to the best of there ability so respect and understand sure am glad to have them as my landlord

It has always been quiet. Our landlords are bery nice understanding people.

Nice and quiet. Rent is a little high but all in all a good place to live.

We have been here since October 2022. It is a good park with covered parking. The price is fair due to there being a rail road crossing approximately 200-300 yards away, The trains come through every hour blaring their horns full blast. While this is not the fault of the property owner, we only remain here because of the monthly rate being lower than other parks in the area.
