Nice, quiet property with respectful people

This is a decent housing community, people are respectful and it's not noisy here. The parking lot is in dire need of repairs as there are several very large holes in it. Onsite laundry is a nice amenity and they're affordable - small washer/dryer to tenant ratio. Everyone seems to cooperate, I haven't run into an issue where I couldn't do laundry due to unavailability of washers or dryers. I especially like the large grassy area behind the units, not much for shade, but appreciate the open area just the same.
