Pets allowed. Our community is pet friendly! Residents are allowed 3 pets per apartment; a maximum of 2 dogs. Dogs must not exceed a maximum combined weight of 80 lbs. Prior to move in, a non-refundable pet fee of $400 is required. Pet rent is $40 per month, per pet. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Akitas, Huskies, and Alaskan Malamutes.

The property is well-maintained, featuring newly renovated amenities such as a community clubhouse with workstations, a gym open 24/7, and a swimming pool. Residents enjoy having a Starbucks coffee vending machine, EV charging slots, and a secure key fob entry system. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings, washers and dryers in each unit, and some units offer wonderful views from balconies. I have lived here 11 years and have been through four Management Companies and Champion is by far Superior. I was ready to move before they took over. Champions maintenance team especially Ben and Garrett are great. The office staff and maintenance are friendly and very responsive. The location is wonderful especially when I was commuting downtown and the view from my apartment is beautiful. My only small negative issue is the noise when the trash and recycle come but that's City living. Also I wish Champion wouldn't rotate staff so frequently. I was sad to see Aria, Kaylynn and Bobby move on even though every staff member is great and responsive, I am getting to know and enjoy our two new office folks. Please keep up the good work and making our homes enjoyable.

Hi! I truly enjoy my stay at The Heights at Worthington Place because the property managers are so warm and welcoming! The community is fantastic, and it always great having the opportunity to catch up with the other residents! It is fantastic!

I’m beyond happy with my decision to make this apartment complex my home. From day one, the community managers have been absolutely amazing – they’re always so friendly, approachable, and truly invested in making sure residents have everything they need. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into maintaining the property and creating a positive atmosphere. In the six months I’ve lived here, I’ve only needed to submit one maintenance request, and it was handled promptly and professionally – I was so impressed by how quickly it was resolved. The grounds are always well-maintained, and I love how clean and inviting the common areas are. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything I need, and yet it’s quiet and peaceful. What really sets this place apart, though, is the sense of community. The other residents are kind and welcoming, and the social events hosted by the management team are a great way to meet new people and get involved. This is by far the best living experience I’ve had, and I’m so grateful to be part of such a wonderful community. If you’re considering moving here, don’t hesitate – it’s truly a place where you’ll feel at home!

The staff is amazing (Erin, Donwaun, Ben & Leon). Friendly, helpful, efficient. Location is great! Walk to restaurants, Kroger, shops, bars, green space, bike paths. Very Very Safe. Great neighbors--friendly, diverse, social. Extremely puppy friendly. The Heights at Worthington Place is definitely a great place to call home!
