The property is well cared for. The staff cares about quality living and takes quality care of their tenants. Prompt response to maintenance calls and or general questions.

Been here for years. New owners and management have done a great job updating and taking great care of their investment. New facilities and upgraded apartments were a well needed change.

I enjoy living here. All of my neighbors are really friendly. Administration staff is kind and understanding. The only complaint i have is the steady increase of rent for a unit with no central air. The 1 unit that is provided is not enough to cool off the entire apartment in the summertime. As high as rent is i'd be more understanding if we were able to have our own washer and dryer in suite or central air.
