Pets allowed. Westchester Townhomes loves your pets as much as you do! Limit of 2 pets per apartment home and there are no weight limits. We have an onsite Bark Park! Non-refundable pet fee is $250 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35/pet. Fees and rents do not apply to service/support animals. We will consider all breeds of dogs except the following, or any combination of mixed breed that contain any of the following. Akita, American Bulldog, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Dane, Brazilian & German Mastiff, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Bordeaux, Fila Brasileiro, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Presa Canario and Wolf Dog Hybrids. Additional restrictions may apply as determined by management. Other types of pets such as birds and fish may be considered with management approval.

its only been almost two months and i have enjoyed every second of it. the house itself is beautiful outside and inside. so glad i applied for the house.

Management that lies about what apartment you are getting, denies you the right to a proper cleaning prior to moving in, filled with cat dander and pet stains from previous tenant, lets mold grow in the garages and in the waterheater hide away, gaslights you when you have issues that are causing severe health problems, walls so thin that if anyone coughs or sneezes in any unit touching yours you hear it, neighbor walking in the room touching my bedroom shakes my floor and my bed. Windows downstairs do not even open. Residents do not break down boxes and the dumpsters are constantly too full to take out your own trash. Garages are not large enough for SUVs which a lot of people drive in OH. Overpriced. The only thing nice is the area.

Good so far. Price is bit much but for the most part good. Parking can be annoying due to either people parking on the lines or people just taking up a spot that normally aren't here.
