this was a beautiful property. Unfortunately its not been taken care of. We seldom have maintenance. Or management in the building.

we never have a manager. Maintenance is slow and leaves us with No Hot water!! Its Thanksgiving week for gosh sake. Keeping people informed on the hot water would be helpful
