The property was remodeled a couple of years back. However now you can tell where short cuts were taken as things start to fall apart. I think the maintenance person could use help with the upkeep. Good community through and so far very quiet

This is a great place to live. The rent is too high but it is a nice quiet place with no rift raff.

I love it here. It’s nice and quiet and I hope it stays that way. The rent is a bit high. It would be nice to have a workout area. The parking spaces in the garage needs to have the letter of the unit painted in the correct space to avoid confusion in the one bedroom apartments.

Management and maintenance could be better. Maintenance comes in your home as they please with no notice as stated by law. Leah is a telephone thug that does not know how to talk to or handle the tenants when an issue arises. Garbage often overflows. Electric is not up to date. Neighbors are loud and can be naked on the balcony at times, but I guess no one cares. There has been a bandaid placed on the property, when the underlying issues obviously need to be fixed. The outside often smells of sewage. There is no heat downstairs just base board heating. Yet there is heat upstairs. Electric and gas bill will be high. No room for storage,but you will have a shed to place extra things in. One maintenance guy, therefore your requests take a while to be fulfilled, unless it's an emergency. Walls are supposedly concrete, but you can hear everything from your neighbors toilet flushing, to their TV,and conversations. On the other hand,Schools are in walking distance. Master bedroom is spacious and we are all still alive.
