Very nice, but expensive for the value

Staff and maintenance team are on point 24/7, no complaints there. Apartment is on the expensive side, especially with the lack of amenities and the fact you pay $45 a month for water on top.

It’s decent

If you nerd a decent olace to stay for an okay price, this is it. The area os nice, parking is convenient, and office staff is helpful. Negative is we pay the same price as the gorgeous remodeled units and out unit hasnt been updated since the 70’s!

Nice townhouse, consistently updating and good communication

Overall nice and updates are continiously made to the exterior to make it nicer. Walls a little thin, but not bad. Answers quickly to inquiries and maintenance calls.
