It’s decent

If you nerd a decent olace to stay for an okay price, this is it. The area os nice, parking is convenient, and office staff is helpful. Negative is we pay the same price as the gorgeous remodeled units and out unit hasnt been updated since the 70’s!

Expect to pay at lext $200 extra over you actual rent after they are done nickel-and-diming you.

Nice townhouse, consistently updating and good communication

Overall nice and updates are continiously made to the exterior to make it nicer. Walls a little thin, but not bad. Answers quickly to inquiries and maintenance calls.

Lack of updates

Have enjoyed our tome living here, nice area and great schools. Our problem is that our rent keeps increasing withiut any updates being done (pretty sure our kitchen and bathrooms are the originals) but seeing all thr places around us being gorgeously remodeled.
