not what it seems

I moved to Georgetown in 2021. WARNING!! this place will have you fooled. There are no upgrades all the appliances are old. The hardwood floors are covering the old pink tile that is underneath. The bathtub is painted over. Things slowly started to fall apart as time went by. Like whenever I swept the kitchen floor the floorboard beneath the kitchen sink would come out and there was this big hole. They came and just put the piece back in. There were issues with my gas stove, so I called the gas company to come and check it. I was told there was a slow leak. and they kept the stove in the apartment even though I expressed many times I didn't feel safe. There was this sticky substance on the cabinets that would not come off I mentioned it to the manager and she never responded. Most of my cabinets were glued so I couldn't open them. One of the kitchen drawers looked like it had mode in it she didn't respond to that complaint either. This place is strictly if you can't find anywhere else. not longterm. i do not recommend
