Hi my name is Victoria and I have been at this apartment complex for some years now and let me tell you this complex have been through many and many of owners and so far Monarch has been the best company to take over get things in control for this complex did a great job in getting security in this complex which was very much needed I believe Monarch care about their tenants and want to improving the outdated repairs on this building and also Tanya the office manager has done a great job in contacting me right away concerning issues in which I have had she is also very detailed in answering any questions in which I've had concerning monarchs procedures and I want to thank her very much and also the maintenance guys who have been very thorough and fast in getting issues if I continue to have a caring management staff I can continue to call this place my home so thanks again Monarch staff Teamwork Makes a Dream Work Teamwork Makes Dream Work

Laundry facilities

I am proud to be living where I am living now. The remodeled laundry rooms are so pleasant and the cost to do laundry is reasonable. I had a blast at the "wash party" too! And i won a laundry basket full of laundry supplies in the raffle! Thank you Monarch investments for taking good care of all of us!
