Carr Apartments is a pet-friendly community where we allow both cats and dogs. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per residence. Pet rent is $35 per pet, per month. There is also a $350 one-time fee per pet. We do have restrictions on certain dog breeds, such as American Pitbull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Wolf Hybrid, & Akita. In addition, any crossbreeds of these types are not permitted. Tenants are required to provide a picture of their dog, vet records, and a payment to register the dog. The weight limit for dogs is 80 lbs. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets. View more

One of the worst living experiences I've ever had. DO NOT RENT HERE! If you're considering moving here, please read this first. Communication is non-existent. Whether you try calling the front office or corporate, no one ever answers or returns messages. It feels like you're completely on your own once you sign the lease. Maintenance is just as frustrating. They claimed to have fixed the concrete in my bathroom, but it’s still a mess. I went over 24 hours without a working shower — and of course, they didn’t feel that was an urgent matter so I had to pay out of pocket to have a plumber come and fix the issue. When paying so much to live here you think they would prioritize things like a working shower. The property itself is poorly maintained. There is dog poop everywhere because no one enforces basic cleanliness or pet rules. It’s clear that management doesn’t care about the residents or the condition of the complex. There are much better places to live for the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t make the same mistake I have and look elsewhere! If I could give this place less than one star I would. Also half the reviews are from people who don’t even live in the apartment complex. They just want to try and drown out the truth.
