Prior to move in, a non-refundable pet fee of $400 is required. Pet rent is $40 per month, per pet. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Akitas, Huskies, and Alaskan Malamutes.

I want to start off by saying I’ve had some very bad experiences with properties before but THIS property doesn’t compare to those other ones! The whole staff including Megan and Lena are very kind and helpful! I would highly recommend living here!

This is my second location with Champion and 4th lease. The community manager made it smooth and flawless in the first community for a new resident to Ohio. Over the three years there Brittany and many other made all the effort necessary to make it great. So far at my second community Megan and Riley have been great. The onboarding was quick and she responded to all questions with great help. Overall any maintenance needs were quickly met. When they have community events it's a great way to meet your neighbors. Bonus coffee whenever and a nice gym.
