confusing

originally was outstanding,friendly, caring prop.man ager, than as apt. starting aging, staff change, strict rules for all residents, became less desirable. recent new tenants less respectful, drive too fast, etc., requorong pay for all replaced items when reason is "age"Toby is the only respectful person on staff.
