I have lived here for about 6 years. This is a nice place to live. People are sometimes inconsiderate about not picking up dog waste. Also they at times can be a little loud. But over all it is a nice place to live. Maintenance keeps up with problems the best they can. I have recommended Portside to others. The rent is resonable for the size apartment I have.

I've only lived here for 2 months. I have no words to describe the staff. Michelle is definitely one of a kind. Property has a few damages but we deal with what we have. Very quiet and awesome location too. Coming from Florida, this property has a special place in my heart.
