Perfect walking distance to a beach. Noticable improvements are currently happening that may reflect the rent.

I love living here, Ive been here a year now just about. It’s the perfect place for me to have my daughter. The women and men in the office are amazing and so helpful. Highly recommend this place to live.

The parkinglot is overcrowded. I have a hard time finding space close to my building in the evening, after work. I’m disappointed that my rent increases each year but have one of the apartments not updated and would be charged extra if i wanted updated. My experience here has been overall pleasant, i just feel complexes should consider some type of loyalty program for residents over a period of time.
