My closet has flooded 5 times with gray water or human sewage. My room has flooded because the foundation had issues in March 2025. For the past 3 months, pest control has been sent to my apartment weekly asking me to basically deconstruct two rooms. Sometimes I feel like I can't use my kitchen because what's the point if I have to deconstruct it again in 5 days.

You get exactly what you payed for. Cheap, non helpful people, and make sure you read the fine print. Our lease was a YEAR LONG turns out somehow it turned into a year and 4 months

its been nice so far although there's lots of construction right now its not bad. Our stove broke the other night and they fixed it right away.

I've lived here for about 2 months now, and I love it. Neighbors are great, the parking is easy and accessible, no trash in or around the complex, and it's never too noisy. The soundproofing in these apartments are amazing, as soon as you step inside you can't hear the neighbors, even if they're blasting music. I love that they're pet friendly, and it's a great place for a family. The neighborhood is very diverse, and welcoming to everyone. 8.5/10, would recommend to anyone looking for affordable and beautiful housing in Sandusky.
