Good for the money, but...

The location is great and the amount of sq ft you get for the money is great, but the apartments are very dated and need some updates (windows and doors to be specific). Also many leaks in the basement that are ignored.

General Management

I applied here and the property is beautiful and affordable but if you are struggling with your credit they do not care. The front office lady that accepts your application is very nice the general manager and the lady in the corporate office is very rude. I do not owe any other places I was in the hospital back and forth and had some eviction filings but I stayed and paid and I put that on my application the genral manager told me he would re consider and then told me to call back and then had the front office lady in the corprate office tell me very rudley its still a no. I was very nice and honest but honesty gets you nowhere. Everyone needs a second chance and this place unfortunately the general manager is cold do not care and will just take your money. At the end of the day god will always have my back and the way I was talked to and treated here was very wrong and the way you talk and treat people will always count.
