Great value

Great space and location for price. Depending on where your townhome is in the complex, the parking could be an issue. Maintenance is extremely nice but slow due to him being the only one at times. It has gotten better over the years. Cabinets and other things could use some updating but for the price, it works. Great schools for thr kids and lots of grassy ares and nearby parks for the kids

Nice environment

Nice place to live, but could use a little up dating. When school is out the kids are ridiculous. They're bored and have nothing to do. No playground, basketball court, or swimming pool for them to go to, so they knock on doors and run. It's like that every summer. I'm not sure where the parents are at while they're children are doing these things.
