Thank you to everyone that has left a review in regard to our community; it gives us, as a company, insight on things we can help with. I just wanted to clarify and address some of the reviews we have been receiving recently. When it comes to mold in the basements, if we do not receive a call from the tenant, we unfortunately cannot fix something we are unaware of. We encourage all tenants to let us know as soon as possible when anything needs to be addressed so it can be rectified. Also, our maintenance team works hard to repair leaks and any other repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here at Columbia Place Apartments, we strive to keep rent at a reasonable price, especially for the area we are located in. We would be more than happy to update the units; however, the cost of the units will increase significantly. Instead of paying $1,000 (example) a month after renovations it would be closer to over $2,000 (example) and we are trying to avoid high rent costs with the way the economy currently is. On top of the inconvenience of the tenant having to move out while all renovations are taking place. Our property is also currently having all of the windows replaced to help with energy efficiency and functionality. Baker Rental Company is doing everything in their power to improve our community as they can without having to increase rent within the property. Overall a good experience living at Columbia Place. We do need to address mold issues in the basement
