I can hardly ever park in front of my building. And you can't see the parking lines. They need to be repainted badly.

Love the apartment and the staff have been excellent. I have only been here a month but the move in process was great. I had an issue getting Spectrum set up but Spectrum was great getting me installed and now I just need the equipment put back in the wall.

The location and facilities provided do not amount to the monthly payment. There are maybe two good restaurants nearby and one Kroger. There is no shipping around. The grounds themselves are below par. The gym is laughable due to its size and half of the equipment works correctly. If you want to enjoy yourself near the pool goodluck due to a low noise ordinance the staff declares themselves. You will not have a good time because many long term residents like to control the ways. If your 60 or older this is your place but even then you probably don't make enough to afford a good living. Much better selections headed East.

Nice and Clean Surroundings . Great location and schools. Friendly neighbors. Quiet. Joyce and staff were very helpful when we made a second move into a two bedroom. Great maintenance. The pool is a great feature! I would highly recommend.
