Great apartments

Love living here, feels very safe and welcoming, great walkable neighborhood, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rent is high, and I understand that comes with being in a desirable area, but I thought I should include it at least.

Terrible rental rates

Ridiculous rent increases yearly, which is why we, and from what I hear, several other tenants are moving in the next couple months. Apartments/townhouses SO not worth the rents being charged now.
