Although the rent increases yearly, I can see where the money goes. New lights, new doors and other significant upgrades have been made the few years I have been a tenant.

I don't have anything to say. I would much rather have the pool refurbished than having a basketball court and grilling section. It's not even that many kids here to be on a basketball court
