Price increase is unnecessary the apartment is still the same .they are taking advantage of people knowing intel is coming.

I'm somewhat pleased with this apartment complex. I have requested a few repairs to be done and have had excellent speed. Some of my complaints are apartment windows let in a lot of cold air. The apartment is way outdated. There needs to be someone to clean outside hallway like they did when I first moved in.

I have had to ask 4 times to have to this ==my apartment closet repaired and plastered each time having Having to clean up the repair myself. The air conditioner above me leeks water. leeks I have to keep a trash can to collect the water and the ceiling never dryes. I can not use my closet not even to clothes...................

lots of o things that don't work well Electrical sockets all need replace loose and will not stay plugged in . old apts. out date carpet and walls and bathrooms need lots of work. Leaks. Airconditioning systems old and antiquated and does not really do a good job cooling and the same can be said for heating. lacks good insulation so electric bills extremely high. No assigned parking then you get what you can find. New ownership from Colorado so they are jacking up prices and they really are not worth the rent. old appliances, leaky sinks and bathroom plumping. Early fities atmosphere on apts. Patios need replaced rotten and mildewed. Maintaince responds quickly but they just minimally repair and have not replaced needed items. Bug spraying almost every two to three months.
